The FDFA, Presence Switzerland, uses various instruments for its communication abroad. The following means are deployed, according to the situation and the target group:

The various instruments are often combined. They are based on broad national strategies aimed at achieving the most far-reaching and durable effect.

Target countries

In 2010, activities will be focusing on Germany, Italy, France, Great Britain, , Austria, USA, China, Brussels - the Capital of the EU - and various Latin American countries (Chile, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico). Basically, any other country may be included in the priority list for activities if suitable platforms are available and/or a clear need for action appears.
